"Ellie not only has a creative and masterful eye for directing and choreography, but she also is an incredibly thoughtful and supportive collaborator. It is extremely rare to find a director who views her collaborators as equals, but whenever I have worked with Ellie I have felt seen and heard as a partner. Ellie goes the extra mile to make sure that all of her actors and collaborators feel safe, prepared, supported, and playful. Every room that she runs is filled with joy, laughter, and hard work, making her a director like no other I have ever worked with."
